Nicola is a passionate innovator with over 20 years of experience in the Motorsport and Automotive industry. He began his career working in racing in the USA, and he has led the development of some of the most successful cars across the world, including the iconic Maserati MC12. He has been involved on all business' sides, from engineering to test and development, from customer support to race engineering and operations, working for big OEMs and small teams and startups. In 2008 he founded YCOM based in the Italian Motor Valley, a globally recognized brand expert in advanced technology, lightweight composite structures design, and manufacturing. Behind the scenes of some of the most extreme cars in the world, YCOM covers any aspect of development for the automotive, marine, mobility, and aerospace industry. The racing values lead Nicola in the day-by-day activities, applying Motorsport's flexibility, efficiency, high technology know-how, and commitment to new frontiers of mobility, developing projects able to shape a smarter and cleaner future.
